Our client, a Financial Services Provider located in Limassol, is looking to hire a Call Monitoring Agent.
Monitoring recorded calls on a daily basis
Quality Assurance Performance
Provides feedback data to management
Experience in a Compliance or a Back Office role within a Forex company for at least one year
Critical & logical thinking, analysis & research skills
Effectively prioritize urgent cases/multi-task in fast paced team environment
Efficient Typing Skills/Reports
Creative ability & writing proficiency in English (Additional Arabic, Spanish, Italian or German will be considered an advantage)
Knowledge of computer operations – Good Excel/World
Be a good listener
Ability to work under pressure
Strong critical thinking skills
09:00 am – 18:00 pm
