Back Office Officer, Limassol
Our client, a CySEC regulated Investment Firm, located in Limassol, is looking to hire a Back Office Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Processing deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on the established policies and procedures
- Client account KYC document checks
- Ensuring compliance with the company's anti-money laundering procedures
- Assisting internally all departments with any issues related to client funds
- Providing suggestions on system enhancements
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as requested
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting is considered an advantage
- Experience in a similar position in FX is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Efficient and strong detail oriented
- Computer and numerically literate
- Valid work permit required
- Willingness to work on shifts (8-hour rotation shifts between 09 am to 11 pm)
