Activation Officer, Limassol
Our client, a licensed International Investment Firm located in Limassol, is looking to hire an Activation Officer.
- Call and assist African region clients daily (Complete registrations, first-time deposits etc.)
- Handle all African region clients’ queries via emails and phone calls
- Assist the team with any other query needed regarding this region.
- Previous working experience in the Financial Services in a similar position.
- Excellent Knowledge of English Language both written and oral.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Outstanding negotiation & communication skills.
- Having a Strong & Enthusiastic personality and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment.
- Flexible to work on Public holidays on rotation.
- Working from Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (with 1 hour of lunch break)
